L&D Generation.Z was created to learn, share experiences, develop and support each other. We are a group of L&D workers who are always striving to learn and develop their skills. As a new generation of L & Ds, we faced some difficulties to choose the right path to learn and develop our capabilities So we decided to Build Our Experiences Together. Our goal is to facilitate knowledge for all those interested in the field by summarizing books, sharing knowledge, asking and consulting experts. We are not experts yet, but we are passionate learners who believe that (There is no end to learning). l&d generation z بداية هدفها الأساسي هو التعلم وتبادل الخبرات وتطوير ودعم أي شخص مهتم بالمجال في بداية المشوار واجهتنا صعوبات كثير أننا نحدد المسار الصحيح لتطوير قدراتنا ومهاراتنا خصوصاً بعد التطور الكبير في مجال التعليم في الفترة الأخيرة ومن هنا بدأنا وقررنا نشارك رحلتنا في التعلم دي معاكم وده هيكون من خلال نقاشاتنا و قراءتنا و تساؤلاتنا وخبراتنا العملية في المجال هننقل ليكم وجهة نظر جيل جديد بيسعى أنه يتعلم ويتطور من عمليه التعلم بطريق مختلفة ( احنا مجموعة من الشباب شغوفة ومهتمة بمجال التدريب والتطوير مؤمنة أنه لايوجد حد أو نهاية للتعلم)
