As L&D professionals, keeping up-to-date with the latest research in learning experience design or the most efficient learning technologies is no easy task. This international community of practice is all about teaming up & sharing best practices, inspiring and challenging each other, organizing regular meet-ups, coaching, and training. OUR PURPOSE Is to enable Learning & Development Professionals to shake their personal and professional development, their organizations, communities, and the L&D world. OUR VISION Is to become the global go-to place for any L&D professional who is looking to advance their career. OUR MISSION To achieve this, we’re creating a safe space, enabling and guiding L&D professionals to connect, grow and take bold actions every day. Besides, we’re also hosting our UNSCRIPTED podcast, and run projects like “Coaching for L&D” and “UNCONventional L&D” (our yearly unconference).
