L&R Mining Group (“L&R”), C.A. is a company incorporated under the laws of Venezuela and the United Arab Emirates. Whereas, Venezuela offers strong unearthed diamond supply and natural gem quality diamonds and the U.A.E. has become through the DED the largest trading hub for diamonds worldwide - surpassing traditional trading headquarters such as Antwerp. These two main operational countries hand L&R an exceptional position to purchase large volume supply and followingly commercialise at a high diamond demand location. Other countries of interest are Brazil, Guyana, and India. Additionally, L&R is licensed to implement open-pit mining procedures for a mine within bolívar state previously owned by a multinational mining syndicate. Further, L&R plans on strengthening its position throughout the diamond supply chain by facilitating services such as diamond cutting and polishing, and selling L&R’s diamonds to jewelers & on behalf of wholesalers.
