L&t Instruments Inc

L&T Instruments was founded in 1965 by Mr. Norbert Elgas with more than 70 years of experience in the mechanical and optical fields. Initially, the company was only a service center, but after some time, in order to improve customer satisfaction, becomes accredited by Topcon / Sokkia for the service and sale of precision equipment. The company was the first Sokkia distributor in Canada and has remained loyal to the brand, still offering all of the Sokkia product lines 50 years after the store opened. Originally established on the premises of McGill University in Montreal, L&T Instruments is opening a service point in the Côte des neiges neighborhood on Mountain Sights Street. In 2014, the company was acquired by Mr. Tino Barrasso, engineer in microelectronics, and specialist in Sokkia products. Mr. Barrasso receives specialized training directly in Japan each year, in Sokkia's production laboratories. This is how he is always on the lookout for the latest advantages and products in the line.
