L White Consulting, LLC dba Sentient Shift is an African American and women-owned, certified NYS and NYC - MWBE company that has successfully provided consulting services throughout NYS and NYC since 2004. Our team of seasoned professionals has over 30 years of experience working in for-profit and nonprofit agencies. We come from various backgrounds that incorporate manage- ment and clinical skills to develop methodologies and service models. Evidenced-based theories and concepts are coupled with real-world experiences to enhance and design services for clients that support organizational operations, enhance services to consumers and strengthen staff functioning. Our philosophy is rooted in our commitment to developing and cultivating skills using a collaborative and inclusive form of leadership that incorporates diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that systems and organizations need to create spaces where individuals are given tools and resources to operate equitably and trauma-informed.
