L7 Architects

L7 Architects are an in-house architecture and design practice who work collaboratively with their parent company Carpenter Investments and their in-house contractor Carpenter Build, to design and deliver a rolling pipeline of work from inception to completion. This involvement spans site analysis, masterplanning, building design and delivery through to furniture design. We sit alongside sister companies Term Engineering, Carpenter Foundations, and Urban Sleep. We work across the NW primarily focusing on residential development, purpose-built student accommodation, and the hotel sector. We have a small, friendly, committed, and talented team, which is growing as we deliver existing developments and masterplan new areas.
