La Escuela Voluntaria

We are Chris and Kelli Seidl, natives of Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2015, we've lived in La Rioja as English teachers. We base our methodology on a combination of pleasure and authentic contact with the language. The process of learning English should delight, therefore leaving a deeper imprint of the language, creating stronger memories. In the end, the primary knowledge of a lnaguage consists of such memories. The name of our humble project reflects our dedication to collaborating with our students. We work together because we have a common objective. Our classes are directed at students aged 14 or older who want to improve their language skills or pass an exam, whether for studies or work. We offer to our students: • Conversation classes based on a great variety of interesting topics • Exam preparation for the Cambridge exams and the Langauge School (EOI) • Specialized classes for work, travel, studies, etc. • Writing workshops with rapid and intensive feedback
