La Fabrique Group

La Fabrique was born in 2019 from a meeting between Bamba FALL, President of BF Consulting Group, a Senegalese company specializing in consulting, communication and real estate development, and François GRUSON, architect and co-manager of the Parisian agency OPERA Architects, specializing in the construction of collective housing. The agency has to its credit the construction of nearly new housing units, as well as many public or leisure buildings. La Fabrique brings together professionals from all real estate trades, from programming and assembly to to marketing, through architectural and technical design, development and promotion. This vertical concentration allows us to offer our customers a service that can range from simple advice to "turnkey" operations by bringing together the skills of project management and project management.
