La Matilla

Aceites La Matilla is a family-run oil producer in Carmona, Southern Spain. Our artisan EVOO is produced entirely on our estate from hand-picked arbequina olives and cold-pressed using traditional capachos (pressing mats), an art form which is dying out and which produces an oil impossible to replicate with industrial methods. We handle the whole process out at our own mill, indluing bottling and labelling manually. The result is a truly exceptional premium quality extra virgin olive oil. Bottled in hand-crafted porcelain stoneware with artisan leather strap and natural wood stopper, this unique product is perfect not only as a treat for oneself, but also as a luxury gift. Aceites La Matilla’s EVOO has received various international awards for excellence in quality, packaging and image, the most recent being Silver for Quality at the London IOOC 2020. Our Premium EVOO needs to be experienced in order to fully appreciate the passion, tradition and craftsmanship that have gone into creating this gourmet product.
