Our “Fishmonger Extraordinaire” and experienced sales staff can advise you on your choice of fresh fish and share chef-inspired tips for preparing it. You can also select lunch and dinner takeout that will impress the most demanding foodie. Or we’ll come to you, with cooked-on-the-premises catering that your guests will long remember. We believe that food should be healthful, delicious, and appealing to the eye. Most of our fish are caught in the wild or organically raised. Our standards for freshness are exacting and our prepared food is all homemade—down to the salad dressing. We avoid cooking with butter, salt, wheat flour or breading whenever possible, and we work magic with herbs. Only olive, grape and canola oils are used in our dishes.
