L.A Potential is an evidence-based coaching psychology business. Founded in 2017 by Lynsey Allison, we provide strengths based, solution focused Coaching services and programmes to individuals, teams, groups and organisations. Our coaching approach draws on the evidence based behavioural sciences of coaching psychology and positive psychology. Our Coaches are trained in evidence based coaching and applied positive psychology, with established organisational and leadership experience. We are passionate about working with our clients to help them achieve their individual and organisational goals in sustainable ways, integrating high levels of performance and wellbeing.
