Ethnic colonial-style hotel being turned into a retirement residence for independent seniors. Our model room will be ready around the end of April 2018. We will transform from a hotel in stages, gradually renting the rooms to seniors (independent 55 and up's, with no major physical or mental disabilities). Those who secure their room or who arrive to stay during the promotional period will get a discount for not having the full services of the retirement residence during this transition period. The discounted price for an average room is $1950 USD per month (additional fee for couples or furnished room). The discounted price will be guaranteed for at least the first 6 months of stay. The regular price will not constitute more than a 10% increase over the discounted price.
