Lab 8 Ventures, specializes in recruiting for startups and ventures in the fields of biotechnology, food tech, health, sustainability, and technology, where we have a deep understanding of the market and the talent pool. We typically work with clients on a project basis (taking on the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing), but also take on individual searches for key roles such as Head of Talent, People, or HR.
