Labor - Creative Hub

The Labor Creative Hub, a studio founded by architect Ana Robalo, was born from the need and desire to create a space for creative co-working, platform and workshop for a multidisciplinary team experienced in the areas of Architecture, Design, Technology, Industry 4.0, Creative Industries, Art and Culture, in a philosophy of teamwork and partnership, from the creative phase to the end of the work. Pluridisciplinary team of techno-taylors, where all activities developed are inspired by sustainability and resource savings, adaptation to local values, technical and conceptual quality, innovation and efficiency, focused on the needs of customers - public and private. It presents projects at different scales, from urban planning, architecture, decoration and design, with a greater number of achievements in the area of rehabilitation of public facilities, museums and exhibition spaces, and private projects, with the capacity to develop exclusive and “turnkey" projects, in search for original and efficient solutions that best respond to customer needs and market opportunities. The space, located in warehouse 18 of the old Companhia de Pescas Portuguesa, a major landmark of Portuguese industrialization on the south bank of the Tejo River, the “ideal” place for the development of Labor Creative Hub, creative fractal seed, capable of providing and disseminating cultural synergies, economic and social, framed with urban needs and the population, through the production and promotion of activities to be developed in the atelier and factory, as a gallery space, for holding short-term events.
