Labour Infrastructure Forum

The LIF’s mission is to drive forward a bold and ambitious infrastructure agenda - based on Labour values - that not only rebuilds Britain’s crumbling infrastructure, but builds sustainable inclusive growth, skills, and technological innovation across all communities, in all corners of the nation. Our objectives: Spark dialogue between the Labour Party, those working across the infrastructure sector, and supportive voices from across the labour movement to spark growth, skills, community and opportunity for everyone, not just a few. Develop evidence-based policy recommendations to support Labour’s manifesto commitments around the built environment, transport, planning, devolution, affordable house building, clean energy and overall infrastructure strategy. Forge new connections and partnerships with others working in infrastructure, planning, delivery, and policy. Be a supportive voice around government announcements - we know that taking on NIMBYs and the blockers will be a challenge!
