I have extensive experience treating adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, including those who have been exposed to various forms of trauma. I specialize working with LGBTQ individuals and their families, which includes providing support and guidance to parents and partners. My therapeutic philosophy incorporates an eclectic approach that includes: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and Many others. All techniques are tailored to meet the needs of every individual or family.
