Labuan Financial Services Authority

Labuan FSA was established on 15 February 1996, under the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996 as a single regulatory and supervisory authority for the Labuan IBFC. The establishment of Labuan FSA marked the transformation and streamlining of regulatory and supervisory functions in administering the financial activities in Labuan IBFC under a central authority. Over the decades, Labuan FSA has evolved with international regulatory and financial landscape while remains committed towards building Labuan as a well-regulated business and financial centre with high integrity and reputation.
