Established in April 2011, Laddker Skills (India) Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of mobilising the unemployed youth, especially women to empower economically, from 2 & 3 Tier Cities including from the Rural areas, understand their job interest, skilling them for different job roles in various sectors, making them computer savvy, grooming & sharpening their soft skills, honing their hidden talent and facilitating them to secure the job of their interest in the different industries against the manpower requirement, received by the company from various manufacturing and service sector industries. Laddker Skills recruits such trained and skilled youth on its payroll and deploys them in various organisations on long term basis against the industry’s regular manpower requirement.
