I'm Laura, I've got 20 years HR experience, chartered level CIPD qualified and I've worked for some of the UKs largest companies within a wide variety of industries including, retail, hospitality and call centres to government bodies, digital and marketing firms. Throughout my career I have gained a reputation for getting the job done efficiently and thoroughly whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. I pride myself with having a simple and pragmatic approach to HR. I created Ladybird HR with one mission in mind, to help small companies get the best from their teams. HR can often be seen as the team that gets called in when things go wrong, I want to help company owners see things differently.
