LCS oversight responsibilities cover the project life cycle from inception to completion. Under our Construction Management services, we are responsible for managing the installation phase of the project, performing constructability reviews on engineering designs, and monitoring construction contractors and staff during project execution. LCS Project Engineering teams coordinate scope definition and the routing, review, and turnover of engineering deliverables. In addition, they perform constructability walk downs and provide overall engineering support to the entire project team.
