Historically, the company is specialized in Absolute Performance Ucits. The company is authorised and regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the CSSF. The founders have been working together for more than 25 years. The team has been developing their entrepreneurial competences during the last 25 years by creating and developing a banking subsidiary dealing in merger arbitrage, index arbitrage and equity finance. Laffitte Capital Management has a prime objective, which is to offer their investors a stable performance uncorrelated to the move of the Stock Market, within a context of an extensively controlled risk environment by using its trading expertise in arbitrage techniques that contributed to the building of milestones for a well known banking group.
