Lagar Brothers is a Global Family Consulting firm. That means that is Global first, because has an international approach, in particular to the USA and European markets. Secondly, is Family, this firm is composed by three brothers and has a family business orientation trying to help family business in their day to day problems. And thirdly, is a Consulting firm, but more than giving advice, we have a coaching approach, so we provide critical thinking and reflexion to our customers. This is why we tend to analyze each business case with the same approach of a family, and when needed we provide investment in form of seed capital but not just to make a huge return in the short run, but to make them grow in the long term, with the approach to be always a minority shareholder. Our tickets went from 10k to 50k normally, but in some unique opportunities we also go with 100k up to 400k.
