Lagos Urban Development Initiative

At LUDI (Lagos Urban Development Initiative), we are dedicated to creating a more inclusive, livable, and sustainable Lagos. Since our inception, we have advocated for transformative urban solutions through innovative research, dialogue, and collaborative action. Our work spans diverse initiatives that address the unique challenges and opportunities of urban living. From promoting green spaces through the Greening Lagos Project to enhancing mobility with the Sustainable Transport Festival and reimagining inclusive designs through Ender Inclusive Designs, LUDI champions projects that make cities work better for everyone. What sets us apart is our multidisciplinary team of urban planners, designers, researchers, and collaborators, united by a shared vision of sustainable growth. Guided by trust, objectivity, and insight, we partner with communities, policymakers, and organizations to implement impactful policies and projects that shape the future of Lagos.
