The program implements a Section 125 plan, which may reduce taxable income for employees and creates payroll tax savings for the employer. Supplemental Health Insurance Policy focused on Preventative Healthcare: Laguna Benefits provides elective limited health insurance benefits under Section 125. These benefits are paid with pre-tax dollars which offsets the cost through payroll tax. We provide your employees with additional health benefits beyond primary insurance. Laguna Benefits provides a voluntary health program that includes the benefits of a Supplemental Health Benefits Insurance Policy.
