Laing Simmons Blacktown

OUR MOTTO:"In being Pro-Active, we are then active" Put simply, we aim to be a team of service fanatics to you; the public. We are on the Proactive step not the reactive. Gone are the days of the traditional "stereo typed agent" we are "the new breed". Full of energy, plenty of smiles and always on the ball. OFFICE GROWTH BALANCED WITH CUSTOMER FOCUS: We have grown immensely over the past 10 years since opening our doors in 2003. From being that little agency on the corner we have now become one of Blacktown most largest and strongest Property Agencies employing short of 20 full time staff. We have Merged 2 competitors into our business (1. Century 21 Carroll Combined also 2. Australian R/E Blacktown later Anderson R/E) As we grew in client numbers we also had no hesitation in adding key staff to provide fast service to our existing client base. NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT– INTRODUCING THE CONCEPT OF: PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Over the years we have listened to what landlords were yearning for – “I want my Property Manager to know my property more intimately” “ I want better communication” “ I need a professional not just some inexperienced person” “I can’t stand the staff turnover” Portfolio Management simply means that we have divided our Property Management business into completely separate Portfolio’s and allocated Real Senior Property Managers to be in charge of each Portfolio with their own support staff. This means your Property Manager knows you, your needs and your investment/s much better. Our landlords love the idea and we have been working with this structure since 2011 and have not looked back. Feel free to checkout our Testimonials page for living proof of the results.
