We provide service for a range of issues such as-Self-esteem and Confidence issues -Chronic stress and burnout -Anxiety (i.e. OCD, GAD, panic)-Depression -ADHD (difficulties with focus, memory and/or organization)-Anger issues -Relationship issues You don’t need to have a mental health diagnosis or physician referral to book or attend sessions.
