Open to all to learn, develop and compete in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting Small group coached training for seniors, juniors, and masters from beginner to professional in Olympic Weightlifting and powerlifting. Sports Club of the year 2017 - Eastleigh Borough Sports Awards British Weightlifting Talent Academy - For youth development We also run three satellite clubs for Southampton University, Swanmore Sixth Form and Richard Taunton College. Services also include Personal Training 1-2-1 / 2-1 S&C provision for other sports clubs Programming and remote coaching Workshops & Seminars Competitions Education
