At Lambda Strength, one basic core value unites us: fitness, if done right, can make your life better. It might sound banal, trivial even. The fitness industry as it stands in the present however, has gotten it all wrong. While many of our competitors have developed the perfect training and nutritional protocols, most people, by the time they reach their fitness goals, are simply miserable. We know the people behind the inspirational Instagram posts, the smiling faces on the cover of your favorite fitness magazine, representing the latest addition to the supplement line, a product they have never used. They are big, shredded, tanned, and smiling on every photograph. But after the photoshoot they go home. They are miserable, isolated, weird, and lonely. We’ve been there. We are here to change that. We don’t believe fitness and life are mutually exclusive. We don’t want you to stay at home when your friends are having a beer, or being the weirdo that won’t eat cake on your daughter’s 1st birthday. In a time where so many focused on getting people to add years to life, our sole mission is to add life to years. What’s the good of having the best designer glasses in the world, if you are blind? We believe fitness can make your life better by an infinite magnitude if done right. We have seen it done many times, and we consider it our mission to teach our audience to live the best life possible. Fitness HAS to be in tune with your life.
