One fine evening while having a cup of tea in the balcony of a 2 BHK apartment in a remote area of Dhanbad in Jharkhand, three married ladies decided to come together to address the biggest problem of ‘Young India’ – Employability. All three agreed to the fact that the challenge in India is not employment or opportunities; the challenge is ‘Employability’ and Employability = Employee’s Ability. This gave birth to ‘LaMiCons’. LaMiCons stands for Last Mile Consulting. LaMiCons strives to create a ‘Wow!’ in its target groups by delivering the promise through a combination of off-line and on-line solutions. LaMiCons is structured as a loose federation and ‘Collaborative Agility’ is its core value.
