Lancaster Law and Mediation,(“LLM”) is a law firm with the objective of resolving conflict – pure and simple. In the role of lawyer, LLM acts for clients, advocating their positions and advancing their interests fearlessly. In the role of mediator, LLM assists parties to a dispute to address the issues that prevent them from working towards a solution. LLM acts as a neutral person who works with other professionals and/or the parties directly to identify issues, explore options and work through the conflict to resolve it. Mediation is often quicker than other legal processes and less expensive in money and personal stress.
