Landa Mabenge Consulting is a company based in Claremont, Cape Town Western Cape, South Africa. This independant consultancy has, as its focal point, the education and creation of awareness on what it means to be trans and gender diverse. Founder and MD, Landa Mabenge, is the author of Becoming Him-a trans memoir of triumph. He has extensive public and private health care experience, and works with entities in various sectors to create diversity and inclusion policies and best practices on organisational approaches to gender diversity and elimination of marginal attitudes and practices in the workplace. The consulting company is a partner to the Stellenbosch University Equality Unit and regularly guest lectures at the University of the Western Capes Woman and Gender Studies Department.
