Landcare Logic has been a leading innovator in the Landscape Industry since 2007. In our experience, landscape companies all pretty much operate the same way, but we strive to change that reality. We aim to do things differently in hopes of standing out to our customers and re-energizing our employees. There's no reason to keep doing what people have always done just because it's the easiest way. We went all electric on our blowers/trimmers/edgers back in 2019 so we are well ahead of the 2024 mandate. We are a Weathermatic Premium Partner and install free smart controllers on all of our properties when we takeover so we can manage the irrigation remotely and save water. We have pilot locations testing environmentally friendly advanced products to reshape standard horticulture practices and we are looking at changing the age old way commercial landscapers have estimated jobs (selling hours) by investing in the best science and technology to help our customers spend their money in landscape improvements and multi-year plans instead of just maintenance work and/or excessive water bills. The landscape industry needs to adapt to a new way of doing things and we intend to lead the way. We also put a high focus on training and developing our employees so they can grow professionally through promotions and subsequently grow personally with more income for their families and pride in their accomplishments. This continuous improvement approach gives us a team environment that encourages people to help each-other succeed. We know we can't modernize an industry without our team of open minded innovators and vendors with the same mindset.
