Business Planning: • Defines product, strategy and formulates preliminary implementation strategies • Integrates the data with Landco vision • Set-up continuing business plan Product Planning & Development: • Sets directions, organizes and prepares the product development plan by translating the business plan into product directions and specifications • Participates/ sign-off in the preparation of the architectural & engineering plans Technical Planning & Construction: • Performs final recommendations on improvements in quality and delivery of the items specified in the projects technical plan and construction Marketing Communication: • For small project, handles public relation efforts • Provides relevant information to help in the formulation of communication effort • Plays a crucial role in the development of public relations and marketing collaterals • Prepares the guidelines and parameters as to how the communication program will be designed based on the business plan • Monitors the marketing communication effort to make sure it is in line with the business plan Financial Planning & Analysis: • Develops financial package of a particular project focusing on equity requirements, loan packaging and servicing
