LANDER: Skateboards made from recycled content - SHIPPING NOW! Founded in Los Angeles by a small group of designers, manufacturers, and former professional skateboarders, Lander exists in service and celebration of the adventurous, sharing, and inclusive spirit of skateboarding.From the first ride, to your last session, what keeps you skateboarding is the joy; simple, uninvolved, fun. What every skateboarder expects, is a board that can convey that feeling, without complication, without fail. Our mission was to create a brand-new iteration of a skateboard using a perforated design, with a focus on high performance and strength. In development, we found that our design could be achieved by using recycled nylon created from commercial fishing nets, and built a deck to give that same great skate sensation, but with a new take on repurposed material application - complete with Paris street trucks, Ensures that you’re stoked on skateboarding, from day one.
