Drawing on our expertise in healthcare, social care, technology, and Lean value stream principles, we are developing digital tools centred on improving citizen and patient outcomes. We also support the Good Morning Northern Ireland network, a free community-based telephone service dedicated to assisting older and vulnerable individuals. We have a voluntary role in seeking improvement opportunities for this fantastic service. We are not seeking further consulting work at this stage.
