OPERATING COMPANIES: We entertain all types of investments and investment structures, but primarily focus on investments with the following criteria: Industry: We are industry agnostic, but have a preference for business and industrial services, multi-unit healthcare, and value-added manufacturing. Stage: Generally, we avoid early stage investments and focus on identifying companies with stable and growing revenues. Investment Range: We typically make equity investments of between $1 – $20 million.
