Lanre Lawal Library Project

The Lanre Lawal Library Project (3LP) is a community-centered initiative committed to promoting literacy, learning, and youth empowerment across underserved communities in Nigeria — starting with schools that need it the most. Founded on the belief that access to books can change lives, 3LP exists to bridge the gap in education by establishing well-equipped libraries in public schools and community centers. These libraries serve as safe, inspiring spaces for students and youth to read, study, explore, and dream. But 3LP is more than just books on shelves — it is a movement for equity, access, and opportunity. Our mission is to spark a culture of reading, support lifelong learning, and create avenues for young people to discover who they can become when given the right tools. Through the support of donors, partners, and volunteers, we've been able to: Build and furnish library spaces in public secondary schools Host reading clinics, mentorship sessions, and career days Provide hundreds of children and teens with access to books, learning materials, and hope Whether you're a business, a non-profit, or an individual passionate about education, you can be part of this impact.
