Managing product portfolios is complex and often frustrating, even with a full time Product Manager. While the software industry has grasped the role, full time PMs are rare in tangible and trades market sectors in any but the largest SMEs and corporates. This often leads to lack lustre sales performance, being late to market and not meeting customer expectations and needs. Taking a year or two to iron out the glitches is costly and damages customer and staff loyalty. Our mission is to help improve all this and more! Additionally we have a unique combination of value-adds NOT taught on MBA courses: • We're engineers, and have sat in every single role in the product development lifecycle; • We fundamentally understand engineers and trades people, their mindsets, and their frequent neurodivergences; • We are pedantic about documentation, and understand its importance to protecting you and your customers.
