I love what I do, I help people to help people! I am passionate about Learning and Development and have a strong driver to help people and organisations grow and improve. Most of my work tends to focus on the professional development of staff, often through delivery of management and leadership skills training or personal resilience, stress management and wellbeing inputs. These are applicable to all types of organisation in both public and private sectors and I work with many different types of companies ranging from the emergency services to retail, property management and educational organisations. I have an authentic and transparent approach to my consultancy, coaching and training practice and I have indulged my driver to help people over the last 20+ years working for training providers, local government, Lincolnshire Police, G4S the social care and education industry. I believe in building and maintaining strong productive and effective relationships and my core values centre around integrity, trust and respect which I believe to be essential for successful service delivery of any kind.
