On January 20, 2020 Lapidoth Capital Ltd. has concluded the acquisition of control holdings in Africa Israel Investments Ltd. Currently the group engages in (a) Construction and infrastructure (through its subsidiary Danya Cebus Ltd.);(b) Real estate development (through its public subsidiary Africa Israel Residences Ltd.);(c) the official import and distribution of Samsung mobile phones and accessories in Israel (through its public subsidiary Sunny Cellular Communication Ltd.);(d) international trade of branded goods (e) holding of real estate; and (f) Water and oil drilling operations. The group's current pro forma consolidated annual income is circa NIS 6 Billion (Euro 1.5 Billion). The company has been traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1994.
