Lapointe Drainage Ltd

Over the years, Lapointe Drainage has become a family business and has never been afraid to innovate and to diversify its services to meet the needs of its customers. For example, in 1980, the company founded Dynamic Drains Inc, the first agricultural drains factory in Russell Township. A few years later, Lapointe Drainage diversified into landscaping, sewer connections and heavy excavation for an affiliated company, Lapointe Développement. Specializing mainly in commercial projects and putting a strong emphasis on the environmental impact of the work it undertakes, Lapointe Drainage has left its mark throughout the region since it was founded, most notably as a result of work done on Highway 417, Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ottawa’s Greenbelt, shopping malls and various sports facilities such as baseball fields and golf courses. Today, as technological advances offer new opportunities, Lapointe Drainage is constantly working on reinventing itself in order to improve its efficiency and its methods. The use of drones and GPS technologies, among other things, has become a common practice to better evaluate sites.
