LAR Consulting, LLC (LARC) is a consulting firm on a mission to make ideas happen. LARC prioritizes opportunities with clients seeking to make unlikely allies, to imagine an aspirational (yet achievable) future, to challenge assumptions about what is possible, to co-design strategic solutions, and to foster collective action and authentic engagement. Through the provision of customized services and support for planning, collaboration, and evaluation, LARC aims to help clients make the most effective and efficient use of their resources, attention, and energy. LARC principal Laura Runnels brings over fifteen years of experience providing capacity building assistance, training, and coaching to organizations and coalitions for organization development, including needs assessment, strategic planning, performance improvement, program evaluation, and change management. She is a convening specialist and collaboration engineer known for designing and facilitating highly engaging, efficient, and productive meetings, trainings, and workshops. Laura holds a masters degree from Saint Louis University and completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University.
