Large Backyard focuses on three major categories: 1. Hospitality: We invest in and build sustainable brands in the food & drink service industry. We specialize in public contracts through city and federal leases in public spaces. Some of our brands include Riis Beach Collective, Shanty's, Edible Island, and ByTheBeach Coconuts. Through the Department of the Interior, we operate Jacob Riis Park in New York City, where we were selected to execute a leading model for how to operate sustainably within the National Parks System. ESG Consulting We work with clients in the environmental and social impact space. We have worked closely with CEOs and business leaders in roles such as strategy, project management, event production, systems, and partnership creation in order to achieve their goals. Recent clients consist of Geoversity Foundation, and The CityKids Foundation in partnership with The Chopra Foundation & Immuse. Product Development We have launched products and brands in the consumer and B2B space based on needs encountered during our experience working across multiple industries.
