Past President and Post-Tensioning Hall of Fame inductee, Hal Long, has long been recognized as a pioneer of post-tensioning and brings over 50 years of experience in construction. Mark Carnathan Vice President and owner and Ken Long- President and owner, head the Northern and Southern California divisions, respectively. Co-founder Mark Carnathan has 28 years of concrete construction experience and Ken Long has been with the firm for 20 years. Largo Concrete has completed over 600 structural concrete projects, including parking structures, high-rise residential/mixed use structures, hotels, podiums, commercial buildings, hospitals and schools all throughout Northern and Southern California.
