Larita Academy

Larita Academy is LK Group’s foundational CSR program, dedicated to supporting young people in Victoria who are navigating risk or adversity. Through our intensive four-day academy, alumni network, and employment initiatives such as Larita EmPath™, we fuel entrepreneurial drive, create pathways to meaningful employment, and build lifelong connections. Our programs spark ambition, encourage fresh ideas, and strengthen the skills young people need to step into education and employment with purpose. At the heart of our mission is self-agency and economic empowerment, ensuring graduates are equipped to take charge of their future and build fulfilling lives.
