Lark + Co has been designed as an investor-centric brokerage which aims to streamline the real estate investing process. In addition to working with experienced investors, we are excited to educate and encourage new investors and provide them with unique opportunities to get their feet wet in the real estate investing world. Kristin Johnson has been running the Lark + Co brand as a successful property management company for the last 2 years, and the time has come to expand into acquisitions, sales/exchanges, staging and furnishing. With the guidance of Joe Hettinger, a 20-year real estate investor, we have discovered the challenging points for our clients and intend to further expand to offer title insurance, property insurance, lending, and property renovations to simplify your investing experience. We still love our traditional buyers and sellers, and will continue to be there for you for all aspects of your real estate needs. One of our favorite groups of people to work with is first-time homebuyers, so we absolutely want to hear from you and your friends and family when you need help! This will be an expansion of our services, rather than an entirely new focus. Our physical location is in the works, and we will keep you posted on when you'll be able to come visit us in person.
