This includes using state of the art Infrared Digital thermography to find and repair construction defects, roof leaks, moisture location, duct and dryer vent leaks. Reports using this technology can be generated in the field, reducing costs, rapidly solving solving problems and quickly distributing this information. This same technology can and is used to do energy audits, locating air infiltration, missing insulation and other issues. After initial repairs are made, we verify the assemblies are dry and ready for repairs to be completed. This greatly reduces the owners liability, reduces operateing costs and increases resident and employee safety. WE are also factory trained to size and install solar hot water systems to vacation home and multi family owners.
