Our vision is to liberate the next generation of women from the barriers and challenges that compromise them so that young girls can more fully reveal all of the unique strengths and talents that they have to offer society. Through leadership programs, LCL works with young women who experience social and economic deficiencies to identify their unique strengths and talents so that they may have a more solid foundation upon which to develop into world leaders We seek to: To foster a sense of cultural uniqueness among diverse group of girls. To develop the individual strengths of each young woman. To celebrate the brilliance that makes us all women.
