Vision: Las Sendas is the premier Sonoran Desert Uplands community offering the environment and amenities to support an enjoyable and enriching living experience. Las Sendas is a uniquely designed master planned community of 1800 acres. Las Sendas means "pathways", with its lush vegetations and century-old saguaros, the quail, rabbits and cactus wren that have lived in the area for hundreds of years, co-exist beside their new human friends. From the selection of community name to the creation of its land plan everything about this award-winning Las Sendas community is inviting and unique. The entire community is integrated by miles of natural desert and hard surface pathways for walking, biking or rollerblading as well as leading you to the recreational and school areas within Las Sendas. Some of the natural desert trails lead you to intimate settings where you may encounter a life-sized statue of an individual who has made an impact on the world - or you could even take a trail to the Tonto National Forest which, is Las Sendas' northern boundary.
