Latin Fresh is the “First Fresh Latin Fast Food in Atlanta”, a chef-driven, farm-to-table fast food restaurant chain inspired by Latin American cuisine. “Our mission is to change the way we eat fast food,” says Chef David Aaron. Every item is freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients, part organic, never frozen, and entirely natural — free of hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The menu also includes plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian options, reflecting a focus on sustainability and conscious eating. Guests build their own bowl or burrito by choosing a base, protein, toppings, and sauce, creating a personalized fresh Latin meal experience. Beyond the restaurant, Latin Fresh offers a robust catering program: one division extends the restaurant experience off-premise, while the luxury division provides fully customized, full-service catering for corporate and high-end events. Founded in 2022 as a family business, Latin Fresh is Chef David Aaron’s first fast food project, launched alongside his wife and both of their parents. Coming from a fine dining background and having traveled the world, Chef David saw an opportunity to create a fast food experience that is fresh, natural, and health-forward — a true alternative to the processed, additive-laden foods common in fast food today.
